How to deal with the solid waste

You can effectively deal with solid waste once you realize that you live in a place with broken and semi functional institutions.  You can rely on external resources to solve your solid waste problem.  It is up to you to solve your solid waste problem.  And the task is not as hard as it might seem.

An effective strategy to solve your solid waste problem is 'separation at source.'  In order to deal with this problem, you have to separate your solid waste, the moment you generate it.  The first separation is between biodegradable (wet) and non biodegradable (dry) waste.

Biodegradable waste is the kitchen and food waste.  Biodegradable waste is what rots, what makes people sick.  The most effective way to deal with the biodegradable waste is to bury it within your house.  You can bury your biodegradable waste in holes dug in ground, or in planters.

The non biodegradable waste is the dry waste which can be separated into the following categories: paper, plastic, wood, glass, metal, ceramics/clay, and composites (things made of more than one of the above).  You will have to find vendors who can take away this dry solid waste, for recycling.
