How to get your neighbors on board
The biggest challenge you will face is to get your neighbors on board to participate in the Hamaree Galee program. People are generally cynical--more so in failing environments. You will have to quickly identify your neighbors who will be most willing to participate in the program to beautify the neighborhood. Once you have more than two or three neighbors on board, you can approach other neighbors in a group. People are more open to new ideas when the new ideas are presented by a large number of people. No matter what, most probably, you will not be able to convince everybody living on your street. If you can get 60 to 80% neighbors on board, consider it an astounding success and move on with the program.
